🛒 How to Purchase Tickets: Step-by-Step Guide

1. Browse Events

On the homepage, you’ll see a list of events currently open for ticket sales. Click on the "Buy Ticket" button for the event you’re interested in.

2. Choose a Session

You’ll be redirected to the event details page. Select your preferred time slot or show session.

3. Select a Section

Next, choose your desired seating area. You can hover your mouse over each section to view more information such as price, view, or availability.

4. Pick Your Seat(s)

After selecting a section, the available seats within that area will appear. Click on the seat(s) you want to reserve, then press "Continue" to proceed.

🧾 Enter Your Information

You’ll now be taken to a form where you need to enter the following:

• Full Name: Used for identity verification at the venue.

• Mobile Number: Used to contact you in case the concert is canceled or rescheduled.

💳 Make an Online Payment

After entering your information and clicking on "Pay Online", you’ll be redirected to a secure bank payment page. You’ll need the following details from your bank card:

• Card Number: The 16-digit number on the front of your card.

• Internet Password / 3D Secure PIN: Usually activated at an ATM or via your bank’s mobile app.

• CVV2 Code: A 3 or 4-digit number found on the back or front of your card.

• Expiry Date: The expiration date printed on your card.

💡 Note: In some systems, you may be asked for a dynamic verification code (OTP) sent to your phone for security.

✅ Finalize Your Purchase

After completing your payment, you’ll be automatically redirected back to KurdistanTicket.
If you see a message or blank page after paying, click on "Continue" to proceed.

📥 Download Your Ticket(s)

You will then see a summary of your purchased tickets. Click on the "Download Ticket" button to receive your tickets in PDF format.

✏️ Important Tip: Write down your Purchase Code and Tracking Number. These will help you reprint your tickets if they are lost.

🧾 Entry Verification & Barcode

At the entrance, your ticket will be scanned using a barcode reader.
Please ensure your printed ticket or PDF is clear and undamaged, and that the barcode is fully visible and scannable.
